An Overview
Immersive encounters with the green and fungal kin, rooted in ancestral wisdom, sacred slowness, and deep listening. Here, we partner with the wild...making medicines, walking the seasons, and learning from the land. Herbal somatic sessions, sensory herbalism, and seasonal plant ceremonies guide the way.
For the in-between places where change breathes you open. We gather at thresholds...seasonal hinges, soul crossroads, and the soft hours between grief and renewal. Through ritual, story, and the turning of the wheel, we explore what it means to be remade.
The body is sacred ground. Through breath, movement, and sensory herbal practices, we come home to ourselves. These sessions weave spirit and ancestral guidance, ritual frameworks, and interoceptive practices to help you ground, rest, and renew.
A space for endings, beginnings, and the unseen. We tend to loss with love, honoring ancestors and walking with spirit in both grief and celebration. Offerings include Death over Donuts gatherings, remembrance rituals, and shamanic journeywork...soul-tending at the thresholds.
