Sessions & Exchange

Every session is 60–90 minutes, crafted as a spacious, unrushed time for tending, listening, and weaving together plant kinship, somatic presence, and ritual care.

Standard Exchange: $120 per session

This rate sustains my work and allows me to prepare deeply for each encounter.

Sliding Scale: $90–$150

$90 — Supported Rate: For folx with limited financial resources or in a season of hardship.

$120 — Sustainer Rate: Covers my costs and keeps this work rooted and ongoing.

$150 — Supporter Rate: Helps make sessions available to others at the Supported Rate.

Choose the rate that feels aligned with your current reality. Paying at the Supporter Rate supports community care; paying at the Supported Rate is welcome with no questions asked.

Multi-Session Bundles

For those walking an ongoing path together:

3 sessions — $330 ($10 off each)

6 sessions — $630 ($15 off each)

a note about Sliding Scale Opportunities

I believe healing and support should be within reach for those who need it most. My sliding scale is intended to open doors for folx with limited resources, those experiencing housing instability, unpredictable income, or living within underserved or at-risk communities.

This exchange is rooted in mutual respect, trust, and goodwill. I trust those who reach for this option to do so with honesty about their circumstances. In turn, I hold the right to revisit or discontinue sliding-scale arrangements if the spirit of fairness is not upheld. My aim is to ensure these spaces remain available for those they are truly meant to serve.
