Designed to guide you through the profound exploration of Death and Grief, in a safe and judgment-free space. 

At Hidden Hollow we understand there is a profound Death we all must face, along with mini-Deaths experienced throughout Life. 

In this sacred center we honor the Death of All Things, from those we hold dear, dancing in new realms, to ideas and treasures lost in Time. 

Contemplation Care

Our explorations will include pre-planning activities, mindfulness exercises, along with creative expressions, enabling us to embody what Death means to our Lives. 

Psychopomp Work

For those who have lost loved ones, psychopomp work can facilitate healing and closure by ensuring that the souls of the departed find peace and resolution in their transition to new realms of existence. 

Death Meditations

A deeply moving guided meditation that aids us in contemplate our Death Day. Done together we will share our experiences and how it has affected our perspective on Death. 

Swedish Death Cleaning

This is a practice of cleansing our material collections. In my practice we look to find those who can give items new life where possible. 

Lost Treasures

Emotions have the ability to bind energy to objects, such as family heirlooms, personal awards, spiritual totems. When something happens to these special items, it can impact our emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Finding ways to honor what these items meant to us, can be necessary in order to move through the process. 

Unrealized Dreams

The energy that fuels our dreams and desires can have a huge impact on our mental and emotional wellbeing. Finding ways to honor what was, to make way for what could be, can be a transformation process and lead to reframing our perspectives.

Collaborative Ceremony

During times of loss, nothing quite matches the support and solace that a community can provide. I specialize in planning and designing intimate home gatherings during the active dying process. With a deep understanding of Home Funerals, I aim to assist you and your loved ones in embracing Death amidst the comforting presence of cherished friends and family. Furthermore, as an Interfaith Ordained Minister, it would be my privilege to offer my voice and words as you pay tribute to your departed loved one.

Grieftending

My mission is to support your body, heart, mind, and spirit through integrative and restorative processes. Step into a world where grief is honored, expressed, and transformed, allowing you to grow around it. 

I am not a licensed therapist but I am trained in Bereavement, Grief, and Trauma Counseling. If formal counseling is required, I encourage you to seek the guidance of a licensed professional. My approach seeks harmony and balance, blending ancient modalities with modern medicine.
