This Site is operated by Hidden Hollow Holistix (“we,” “us,” “our”) and is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, disclaimers, and notices contained herein (collectively, the “Agreement”).

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, participating in our experiences, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully and keep a copy for your records.

2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

Hidden Hollow Holistix offers experiences, education, and resources intended to support personal well-being, self-awareness, and connection with nature. All offerings - whether digital, in-person, or otherwise - are experiential and educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Hidden Hollow Holistix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or participation in our experiences, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, with venue in Massachusetts. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

14. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site or our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Hidden Hollow Holistix.

16. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By using this Site or participating in Hidden Hollow Holistix experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
